Role:

Steward Manager.

How did you get involved?

I volunteered as a steward in 2025 and had a great time.

What were the highlights of 2024 or 2025 for you?

The welcome I received from the people of the Cumberlandia community.
Playing together late nights around the firepit and in The Shack.
Working with fellow stewards as part of Wandering Welfare.

What are you looking forward to for 2026?

Working once again with the Cumberlandia team and all the volunteers.

Any top tips for this year's visitors?

Keep an eye on weather reports and bring what you need to keep yourself comfortable.  If you need any help just ask any steward.
You will find an amazing spirit of open-ness and welcome.

What should people absolutely not miss?

See something from every performance venue. Take time to be in the moment.

One thing people should bring with them?

Anything that helps you be creative musically or artistically. Sing or play with someone somewhere.

Anything else you'd like to add?

Cumberlandia is a great place to be in the moment, speak with people you never met before, connect with your creativity.
